Here’s how it works...

MP3s will be made available on an ongoing basis.

The MP3s will include tracks from each of the CDs as well as rarities and previously unreleased songs and perfomances.

Until such time as the expense of making these songs available for download becomes more than I can afford, these new songs will remain available to you. Feel free to copy them, and burn them to disc for yourself and for your friends. Make MP3s of them and freely distribute them to people you know who will enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating them for you.

If you don’t want to take the time, or you don’t feel comfortable “burning” the CDs yourself, please don't hesitate to purchase the CDs! :')

Here’s what I don’t want you to do...

Please don’t sell these songs, in any form, under any circumstance. This includes by including them in a compilation of others songs; By burning a CD and charging a fee for the service; By creating a copy of the CD with artwork and selling it thru retail or wholesale channels or online; By, in any way, making a profit through the distribution (digital or otherwise) or performance of this music.

And now for a word from my attorney…

These tracks are presented as is. By downloading these songs, you agree you have a limited license to download this music for your personal enjoyment only. Making copies for public distribution for sale is expressly prohibited. Copyright laws protect this music and Jonah Koslen reserves all rights under such laws.

“Why,” you may ask yourself, “would you want to give these songs to your fans for free?”

Because I really did create them to be heard, I want you to have that opportunity.

Before the Internet, I would have had to conform to the traditional means of distribution, promotion and radio play to make people aware of this CD and make it available to them. Even then, chances are that most folks would never be exposed to the music. Because of the nature of the music business and the practical limits of radio, these songs have remained unavailable up to this point.

But thankfully, things have changed.

Please purchase or download, listen to and live with this music, the way my family and friends have.
